  • I bought three pairs for my mother, my daughter, and myself, and we absolutely LOVE them. I waited for the flip-flops to restock, and they were 100% worth the wait. They fit true to size.

  • These are incredibly comfortable and supportive - easily the most comfortable flip-flops I’ve owned. I can wear them all day without the usual foot fatigue. I just wish they covered more of the top of the foot so I could wear them to work too. I would absolutely buy these in every color!

  • Loooove these shoes and the customer service! My husband and I have been wearing the slides for a couple of years now. They’re extremely comfortable and have stayed cushiony the entire time.

    Sootheez Arch Support Flip Flops

    The Support of a Shoe.
The Ease of a Flip Flop.

Most flip flops leave your feet flat on a thin sole. Sootheez gives you the support you'd expect from a shoe, in a flip flop you can slip on in a second.

    • Feel supported from the first step, not flat underfoot
    • Walk steadier, with your heel held in place
    • Softer steps on tile, wood and pavement
    • Slip on, rinse clean, dry fast

    Who it's for

Made for Feet That Need More Support

More arch support and heel cushioning than a flat flip flop.

    Heel Pain & Plantar Fasciitis

A contoured arch and deep heel cup give your feet more support and cushioning than a flat flip flop or bare floors.

    Living with Bunions

No closed toe box squeezing the side of your foot. The open design and soft, flexible strap leave room around the big toe joint.

    Flat Feet & Low Arches

A raised arch fills the gap under your foot that flat flip flops leave empty.

    On Your Feet All Day

Support and cushioning for long shifts, busy errands and travel days, not just a few minutes by the pool.

    Hard Floors at Home

A soft, cushioned footbed between you and tile, wood and concrete, all day around the house.

    Tired Feet After Work Shoes

The after-heels, after-shift switch. Slip them on and give your feet a supportive break.

Sootheez flip flops are comfort footwear, not a medical device. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Everyone's feet are different; if you have ongoing foot pain, please talk to your doctor or podiatrist.

Top view of the Sootheez flip flop footbed: wave texture, contoured arch and raised edge, next to a foot wearing the other flip flop

    The footbed

Shaped to Your Foot, Not Flat

A contoured arch spreads pressure across your whole foot, instead of letting it pile up on your heel and the ball of your foot.

    Textured Wave Footbed

Grips the bottom of your foot so it doesn't slide, even when your feet are damp.

    No Toe Clawing

The contoured front means your toes don't have to grip to keep them on.

What if the fit isn’t right?

Free size exchanges within 30 days. Just contact us and we’ll help you get the right size.

    How long does shipping take?

What if I have wide feet?

Choose the bigger row in the size guide.

    Will the toe post rub?

The toe post is soft and flexible. If you’re new to toe-post sandals, wear them for shorter periods the first few days.

    Are they comfortable all day?

Yes. They’re made for long days at home, running errands and traveling.

    Do I need a break-in period?

Most people find them comfortable right away. If you’re new to arch support, start with a few shorter wears.

Can I wear them at the beach, pool or in the shower?

Yes. They’re waterproof EVA. Rinse and let them air dry.

    Do you have men’s sizes?

    Yes. Sizes run Women’s 5.5–13 and Men’s 4–11.5.

    What are they best for?

Everyday wear: home, errands, travel and the beach. They’re not made for hiking, running or sports.

    How do I clean them?

Mild soap and warm water, then air dry. Keep them away from direct heat.

    What are they made of?

    Lightweight, waterproof EVA.
